BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few good questions.

How does “Results in a day or you don’t pay” work?

I’m so confident I can help you see the results you’re looking for with your dog that your first Full VIP Day comes with my promise: results in a day or you don’t pay.

We’ll set the goals for your custom VIP Day together. If, during our day, you don’t see that your dog is capable of achieving the results you want with my guidance, I’ll refund your deposit and waive the remaining fee.

Can I start with a Half Day?

New training clients begin with a Full VIP Day. After that, you can book Half Days or additional Full Days. The New Puppy & Rescue Dog Prep VIP Half Day is an exception: book it directly as a paid consultation for personalized information and guidance. It is outside the results guarantee.

Will I be involved throughout the day?

Your involvement depends on your dog, your situation, and our goals. Some experiences begin at home; others begin in my fenced training area or another suitable setting. We’ll discuss the plan before your date so you know what to expect.

Do I need to buy training equipment first?

No. I provide all the equipment needed for use during our sessions—so you don’t need to buy anything before we begin—and guide you in using the tools suited to your dog. If you’d like your own equipment afterward, you can purchase it separately.

Will I receive a written training plan?

Your initial Full VIP Day includes a written follow-up Freedom Plan. Follow-up Days and Half Days focus on continued coaching and practical training, without an additional written plan.

What is pack work, and how does it help my dog?

My balanced dogs are trained to support other dogs in their healing and training journeys. Dogs learn from each other just as much as they learn from humans. Where appropriate, California and Blue join our work to model calm behaviour, offer mentorship, provide safe distractions, and help your dog practise communication, connection, and confidence with other dogs. My pack may be small, but their support is a powerful part of the experience.

What dogs do you work with?

Dogs over 40 lbs, please—except puppies. All ages. All breeds. Rescues welcome.

Where do you offer training?

Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley, and the Okanagan, with Vernon as my Okanagan base. Fraser Valley visits carry an additional $25 travel fee. In the Okanagan, a $40 travel fee applies when I travel to clients outside the Vernon and Kelowna areas. That fee is waived when you travel to me. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to GST.

How do I book?

Email agathe@pawsitivelyloyal.com or text 236-308-6264 with your name, location, a little about your dog, and what you’d love help with. We’ll discuss the right experience and arrange your date. A 50% deposit secures your Full VIP Day booking. The remaining balance is due on your day. I accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments.
